Life Legacy
Rachel Michael Farrelly, 25, of Imperial Beach, CA, died Sunday, May 20, 2007, with her brother in a motorcycle accident in San Diego.
She was born June 5, 1981, in Hot Springs, AK, the daughter of Avery Lynn and Deborah Lynne Farrelly Dishroon.
Rachael was raised and educated in Ohio, graduating from Cory Rawson High School in Ohio. She attended Bluffton College in Bluffton, OH and then transferred to New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM where she took course work in education. She was currently living in San Diego, CA to be close to her brother. She was a natural beauty who centered her life on helping her family and being a big sister to her four brothers who adored her. She made frequent trips back to Missouri where she took great joy in taking care of her brothers.
Surviving are her father, Avery Dishroon; her mother Deborah Williamson, of Cole Camp, MO; her maternal grandmother, Hattie Farrelly, of Cole Camp, MO; maternal grandfather, L.J. Farrelly, of Pilot Hill, CA; paternal grandmother, Marlene Morrow; paternal grandfather, Gene Dishroon; and three brothers, Avery Nels Williamson, Emry Lynne Williamson and Aaron Ellis Williamson, all of Cole Camp, MO.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 26, 2007, at Smithton United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jason Veale officiating. Pallbearers will be Avery Williamson, Emry Williamson, Gabe Wood and Chad Harms. Honorary pallbearer will be Aaron Williamson. Burial will be in Smithton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the family, in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
Arrangements are under the direction of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
